The Council of the Municipality of the District of Argyle will be holding a public hearing to consider the following:

  1. Amending Part 11 of the Land Use Bylaw: The proposed amendment would permit a sawmill in the Village (V) Zone by development agreement.
  2. Development Agreement for a Sawmill at 345 Gray Road, East Kemptville: The proposed development agreement would allow a sawmill on the subject property (PID 90339359).

The public hearing will take place in Council Chambers at 5 Rue J. E. Hatfield Court in Tusket on Thursday, June 8, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. All persons with an interest in these matters are invited to participate by:
