The Municipality has two residential parks both having lots available for purchase. Each park has its own unique features that will appeal to a wide range of tastes. Both parks are in close proximity to the Tusket River and have all the benefits associated with county living. Complete with a restrictive covenant for the protection of the property owner.

Tusket Residential Park

This residential area is located in the Village of Tusket off Highway #103 at exit #33. These large lots front on the Tusket River and are serviced by the Tusket Sewer System. Access to the lots is from the Municipally owned Ruelle Gardner Lane and as such, garbage pick-up, snow plowing, student bus services, etc. are provided.

Green Acres Subdivision

Located in Plymouth, on Highway #334, this site consists of several large lots on Highway #334 and on Riverside Drive and Birch Street, which is a very private setting. These roads lead to a public landing with access to the Tusket River, for recreational users. All lots front on paved public roads are owned and maintained by the Nova Scotia Department of Transportation. Approved on-site sewer systems are required as no Municipal sewer system is provided in this area. However, as these roads are provincially owned snow plowing, garbage collection, school bus service, etc. are all provided.
